Gran Fuedo is made from 80% Tempranillo and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Traditionally vinified with long maceration to extract colour and tannin for superb longevity. Ageing in oak gives an additional dimension. Very Spanish, very Chivite: one of the top wineries in Navarra. Sturdy enough for roast meats or game.
