A fantastically individual wine from Lebanon which has a cult following. Based on Bordeaux grape varieties, with a very ripe fruit character and complex leather, musk and dried fruit notes. The very ‘natural’ fermentation techniques make it one of a kind. Like fine Bordeaux it repays keeping. Try with mushroom based cuisine.
