A unique Australian variety developed as a soft fruity red to appeal to all wine-drinkers.

Similar to a good Beaujolais, this wine has mouth-watering redcurrant and raspberry fruit flavours and its supple juicy textures can be enjoyed as an apéritif, or as a foil for country-style terrines, cheeses or crusty bread. Chill slightly.

    While it’s too early to take comfort in rich, weighty wines, this delicious Australian red combines deep, dark berryish flavours with a vibrancy and lightness of touch that is ideal for balmy autumnal days. Made from a grape created in the 1960s with the aim of producing wines that were juicy and refreshing but low in tannins, it is an easy, approachable wine, which goes as well with pork or lamb as it does with robust fish dishes.
