An interesting, spice and black pepper nose precedes a deliciously full, soft, fruity palate, benefiting from the added depth and complexity of nine months in French oak barrels. Vineyards in the sunny Colchagua Valley are ideally suited for Carmenère, which requires a long, warm growing season to fully mature the fickle tannins of the grape. Brilliant value.
