This is a fruity and minerally Sauvignon Blanc made from low-yielding vines giving great intensity and purity of flavour. The winemaker and former viticulturist, Steve Smith, coaxes depth and complexity from this aromatic grape variety. Enjoy with goat’s cheese or seafood.

    I visited this vineyard in 2004. It is a state of the art facility with breathtaking views and fine cuisine. This wine is an absolute winner and demonstrates all the care and dedication that we saw all those years ago at Craggy Range. It is crisp, zesty and yet smooth and easy to drink.
