Prosecco is a grape variety from the Friuli region in north-east Italy.

This wine is light, fragrant and softly sparkling, with a flavour reminiscent of grape and white peach. Ideal as a lazy quaffer in the garden, or as an accompaniment to a chicken salad. Serve well chilled.
