This bubbly is full of ripe fresh fruit and flavours of wild strawberries. It has a smooth mousse and a fine, crisp long lasting finish overlaid with a delicate note of patisserie. A hint of pink from the black-skinned Pinot Noir gives it a 'blush' appearance. |
