It is a refreshing apéritif as well as perfect with smoked salmon and sushi.
From the less well-known Aube region comes this 100% Pinot Noir rosé champagne, sourced from family vineyards near Les Riceys. Crisp, dry yet deliciously fruity with a biscuity overlay.
In the press:
"This rosé stands out among the cheaper ones. From the slightly obscure Les Riceys area, more than 100 south-east of Epernay, this is made from 110 per cent pinot noir. Lots of quite sweet red fruit, bright and well balanced. Very attractive."
