This is a really world class expression of the Chenin Blanc grape.
Barrel fermented and aged, this wine has biscuity, toasty flavours, and great acidity which gives a freshness and depth. There is a touch of residual sweetness, which means it is wonderful with spicy food, especially Thai or Chinese.
