A big, robust Bulgarian red made in a very opulent Bordeaux style by master winemakers, with heaps of blackcurrant and spice flavours. From Stephan von Neippberg’s venture in Bulgaria, this wine is made from a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A sumptuous accompaniment to roast beef or game. A real find.
