Produced in an almost perfect growing season for making classic age worthy Hunter Semillon.

All the fruit for the Vat 1 Semillon was hand picked off the oldest and best vineyard blocks, with just a touch of botrytis. It made a wine with lemon citrus overtones and is now displaying a little toasty bottle aged complexity.
