A 100% Syrah made in a modern, full-bodied style in the Alentejo region of southern Portugal. This wine has been made in true Syrah as opposed to Shiraz fashion, resulting in a deep colour, rich texture and a spicy palate full of black fruit flavours. This would go extremely well with beef braised in red wine.
