Brilliant rosé champagne from the quality-minded Lanson house.

A delicately salmon-tinted rosé, made from 53% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes. With plenty of finesse and raspberry fruit character, together with the characteristic Lanson crispness, it is perfect with smoked salmon or as an apéritif.

Lanson are one of the oldest Champagne Houses and have been making Champagne since 1760. They are one of only a handful of producers to retain the original non-malolactic fermentation production method - this makes their Champagne a particularly refreshing and fruity style, with greater ability to age for longer. Lanson Champagne is aged for a minimum of three years in their Reims cellars (the minimum requirement is 15 months for non-vintage Champagne) and more complex flavour characteristics develop as a result.
