Smooth, supple and ripe Aussie Shiraz made from organically-grown grapes.

Yalumba is Australia's oldest family-owned wine producer and its first organically-produced wine is exclusive to Waitrose. Made by Louisa Rose it spends a couple of months in new American oak hogsheads from the family's own cooperage. Unfined, it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and certified organic by NASAA. Its smooth fruit goes well with barbecued meats.
