Fruity, light and fresh Greek white.
A beautifully fresh, floral and mineral white, produced from old vines grown on the windswept slopes of the island of Santorini. The wine is made from a blend of rare grape varieties: principally Assyrtiko, with a small percentage of Aidani and Athiri mixed in. The volcanic vineyard soils have given the wine a pristine and spicy palate, with fantastic acidity. Very versatile with food, happily matching delicate seafood, spicy dishes or roast pork.
