This sublime, medium-sweet late-harvested Riesling comes from Olivier Humbrecht's top vineyard sites. An intense Riesling showing a great honeyed richness, intense minerality and a refreshing, balancing acidity. Enjoyable now but can be cellared, this wine would be a great match to a peach tart.
