The second wine of Château Pichon Baron, this is a text-book example of left-bank claret boasting a deep colour, notes of cedar, spice, black berry and blackcurrant fruit with refined tannins. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this wine is an excellent partner to red meat dishes and hearty vegetables.
