A delicately salmon-tinted rosé, made from 53% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes. With plenty of finesse and raspberry fruit character, together with the characteristic Lanson crispness, it is perfect with smoked salmon or as a festive apéritif.

Lanson are one of the oldest Champagne Houses and have been making Champagne since 1760. They are one of only a handful of producers to retain the original non-malolactic fermentation production method - this makes their Champagne a particularly refreshing and fruity style, with greater ability to age for longer. Lanson Champagne is aged for a minimum of three years in their Reims cellars (the minimum requirement is 15 months for non-vintage Champagne) and more complex flavour characteristics develop as a result.
