A crisp English rosé sparkler from winemaker Sam Linter at Bookers. Made from Seyval Blanc and Merlot grapes, it shows a deliciously fruity plate full of strawberry and cream flavours with a lingering finish. It’s a great partner to soft cheese or fruit desserts.
