A pure, delicate Pinot Noir with soft berry-fruit flavours, that has been hand harvested and then matured in French oak barrels. A cool climate Pinot with fine crisp acidity to balance the smoky fruit and soft tannins. This would work well with charcuterie or why not drinking this with roast turkey.
