This is an intense wine with upfront fruitiness of strawberries and cream, a deep colour, and a nice smooth finish. A benchmark Pinot Noir which has a truly Chilean style and which does not try to resemble French Pinots, but treads its own stylistic path. Try with grilled turkey escalopes.
