We’ve made returns as easy as possible for you. To return or exchange wine, you may do so within 28 days of the date of despatch. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.)
Whole cases
Waitrose Wines cannot be returned to Waitrose or John Lewis shops, and must be returned via courier collection (full cases only).
Complete our online form including: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return - free of charge.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Breakages
Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives. If a bottle has been broken please complete our online form and provide details of the breakage.
