We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. More information on delivery availability and any restricted postcodes.

On rare occasions some items may be delivered outside of the published timed windows (please note: pre-10.30am orders will not be affected).

It’s easy to add a gift message to your present! Simply choose the delivery type on the checkout page and type your message in the ‘Enter the gift message’ box.

Multiple addresses

  • If you wish to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.
  • In the unusual scenario that you wish to place an order to different people at the same address (for example two people who work at the same company), please complete a separate order for each person.

    Returns

    We’ve made returns as easy as possible for you. To return or exchange wine, you may do so within 28 days of the date of despatch. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition when making a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.)

    Whole cases

    Waitrose Wines cannot be returned to Waitrose or John Lewis shops, and must be returned via courier collection (full cases only).

  • Complete our online form including: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
  • We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return - free of charge.

    Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

    Breakages

    Please check your delivery as soon as possible after it arrives. If a bottle has been broken please complete our online form and provide details of the breakage.
